- Thecommission paid by advertisers to LinkTech and affiliates will be received and distributed by LinkTech in a centralized manner. The settlement period is one month, and the advertisers will verify and correct performance data with LinkTech prior to the 20th day of the month immediately following the month in which performance occurs to determine the actual amount payable by the advertiser. Advertisers will make payment to LinkTechbetweenthe 20th day and 25th day of each month. LinkTech will verify performance data with affiliates and settle the accounts of commission with affiliates.
